I got 14 marks in cucet 2020 in masters english .Do i have a chance to get admission??

It would be good to know which central University admission are you going for because CUCET results for Central Universities in different areas is different.
But 14 is still a point above the eligibility score in Punjab, so you do stand a chance for admission depending on the seats and the competition.
