This year the exam marks and pattern has changes. Rank depends on how much candidates are ahead you and this will be decided by the score you secure in the exam. Percentile is calculated by lots of factors and it shows how much you performed well from other candidates and how much candidates performed well than you.
As per the marks you have state the percentile will be near to 90. It may be +5 or -5 but will be near to it.
