I got 140 rank as category rank and there are 34 seats for general in mechanical .In which 5 seats are in Seemant institute of technology

Thanks for the question and the information.
It looks that it will be difficult for you to get a seat in the desired college as the rank is less.
However you should wait and try till the mop up round.
