When it comes to AEEE Examination this year, in the previous few years there was no weightage given for class 12 marks in PCM but this year the rank is given based on 60% marks scored in AEEE 2020 and 40% marks scored in PCM subjects in class 12. So we cannot compare previous year cut off as the cut off for AEEE 2020 is based on completely different parameters. The class 12 marks of different boards will be normalized so we cannot predict the cut off now. Once the counselling is concluded the cut off ranks will be released. You might have chances of getting seat in CSE as you have a decent score in AEEE 2020 so hope for the best.
