I got 14018 rank in SRMJEE phase 2. So can I get seat in CSE BRANCH in KTR campus.

you got a descent score. As expected closing rank in SRM 2021 for b. Tech computer science Engineering is 9500 to 10500. you have less chance to get seat in CSE group but you can get seat in other courses like ECE, EEE etc. let's hope for the best. However Rank is based on toughness of the exam , number of students attended and difficulty of the paper

First of all congratulations to you for getting this decent rank.
Now, If we look at previous year cutoff trends then we will find that the Computer Science and Engineering seat in SRM main campus has been given to students whose rank is below 6500, so unfortunately you seem to be not having a good chance to get CSE in the main campus.
Other branches that you can try for are mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, civil engineering, aerospace engineering, electrical & electronics engineering etc.
