It is not possible to get cse at bits(pilani/hyderabad/goa) and iits with your rank. You can get an admission in CSE at the followiing nits-

NIT Uttarakhand
NIT Patna
NIT Puducherry
NIT Andhra Pradesh
NIT Silchar

Coming to your question your jee mains rank is quite good but to get cse in good NiT it is not up to the mark but you will get cse in 3 or 4 round in a decent nit college like nit Raipur, nit Patna , nit Jalandhar and in the north east you will almost get the  cse branch in any nit located in North east like nit mizzoram , nit Agartala

Just wait till the 3 and 4 round counselling you will definately get a good college.

Coming to your bitsat marks it is not up to the mark for any bits campus to get into the cse branch.

Yes you can still get into national institutes of technology bit they wont be the 1st or 2nd tier. You can aim for the 3rd tier NITs which are not so bad either. But if you have given any other entrance exam, keep your options open.
