I got 1413 rank in ipu cet delhi general. will i get admission under ipu bpt college?

Yes, you do have a chance to get admission in Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, for BPT.
Last year candidate with rank 1693 ( general category from Delhi) got admission for the course. Although cut offs vary slightly year to year but gour chances seem fairly high. But you might have to wait till the last few rounds.
