I got 14161 rank in general and 4073 in OBC. Can I get government college by upsee??

I am sorry to inform you that you will not be able to get a Government seat with your general rank. Counselling of UPSEE takes place by general ranking and not the category ranking. You can try for some private colleges or check the college predictor of CAREERS360. All the best!
