First of all congratulations for your result. But it is true that the cutoffs not only depend on rank but there are other factors that determine the cutoffs like your category, number of seats available etc. You haven't mentioned your category so considering you as a general category student and going by last few years' data, you can expect Netaji Subhas Engineering college after round 3 counselling, or else St. Thomas Engineering College, Academy Of Technology, Dr. BC Roy Engineering College, you can expect RCC Institute of Information Technology, as last year the closing rank for CSE was around 12000 after round 3. So if this year the cutoff changes, you have chance there. And the closing rank after round 3 was around 19000 for Information Technology. So you have chance.
