Hello!Rajshekhar

Your marks is too low for computer science engineering.You may get non core stream in NITs under OBC quota.You may get CSE under OBC quota in your home state NIT but chance of getting CSE is less as cuttoff of CSE is high.For sureity wait till NTA announce ranks.
