At 143 marks, YES you have cleared NEET 2020. However, it would be quite difficult to get into Govt. Colleges/Semi. Govt. Colleges therefore you can consider applying in private universities or may go for alternate medicine courses and apply in those in private universities.
Please note the cut offs are subject to change every year depending on many factors which include the seat matrix, and the number of students applied with the highest marks for that year.

The cutoff for NEET UG 2020 is as follows:
General category - 720 to 147
SC/ST/OBC - 146 to 117
So with 143 marks under OBC category, yes, you have cleared NEET . However, the chances of getting a MBBS seat is very unlikely . Usually cutoffs for colleges for OBC is more than 200 to 215 marks atleast. You can use our college predictor tool to see if you have any chance of getting a seat:
