Hope you are doing well. It is difficult for you to get government seat for bams in 143 marks in all India quota but you can try for semi government seat or private seat. For getting government bams seat you need to score 450 + in state quota and 540+ in all India quota for obc category. This cutoff marks is in accordance with the last year cutoff.
Although getting government seat for bams depends upon various factors like number of students appeared in the exam, category, region, state, state rank, AIQ rank,etc.

Keeping in mind the previous year's cutoffs, you have no chance of getting a seat in a government ayurvedic institution, but you should apply to private colleges instead, as there are still some chances.
