I don't think there is a point in applying for the councelling as your marks appear to be a bit below the cutoff margin.
The cutoffs last year for bits Hyderabad ranged from 252-342 while the cutoffs were even more for bits Goa and pilani.
If you wish to join bpharma as the course in bits then you might have a chance as the cutoff went as low as 161 in the Hyderabad branch.
Also these cutoffs are highly volatile and change every year due to various reasons and if you want to try your luck you are free to apply for the councelling.
