Hello,
There is no way in which you can get a government medical college. Based in your scire and neet cutoff you may get admission.in deemed unuversities.Or else may be some private college but inky if you are ready to give lakhs of rupees as donation.My advise would be take a drop and prepare well foe next year.

Dear Neha, you can apply for Government Medical Colleges of other States only through 15% All India Counselling. And with a score of 144, though OBC has a reservation of 27%, a seat even in a Private Medical College is difficult because the cut offs have gone way higher. Candidates with OBC reservation with a score of 550 havent been able to secure any seat in MBBS leave alone a Government Medical College. So, to be honest, 144 cannot get you a GMC anywhere.

You can try for private medical colleges in South India .
You can also try for next year might be you get better marks..
