Neet 2020 result is out and the qualifying cutoffs of this year are as follow-

UR/EWS: 720-147
OBC: 146-113
SC: 146-113
ST: 146-113
UR/EWS-PWD: 146-129

So if you belong to general or EWS category then you haven't qualified Neet and not eligible to get admission in MBBS or BDS or Ayush courses.
But if you belong to other categories such as OBC, SC or ST then you have qualified. But with this score it would be difficult to get any government Medical college. But you can try for state counselling for private medical colleges or deemed universities. I would suggest you to use our Neet College Predictor tool to know where you have good chances http://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer
