so, according to my experience it would be slightly difficult for you to get into a top college based on your rank if you belong to General category but it is quiet easy for reserved category student but still you can into a decent college based on your ranking.please check the best colleges available in your location and you can also compare them on the carrers360 website.

As you have not mentioned you home state and you category so I will consider you as a general category.

As you got 14412 Rank in KCET you can get aerospace engineering  in DSU - Dayananda Sagar University,M.V.J. College of Engineering - MVJCE and ACS College of Engineering.

These are not top colleges but they are good.

So, the answer is No, wont get aerospace engineering in top colleges but you will get in some other colleges.
