Admission to govt medical college in Uttarakhand is based on ranks in All India Quota or State Quota. In 2018 the cut off score for SC category under All India quota was 442. And the cut off score under state quota was 311. Well considering this the chances of your admission is quite low. At the last round it may come down to some extent but not below 200. You can take admission in private medical colleges in Uttarakhand if you wish as the previous year cut off was around 146 for Himalayan Institute of medical sciences Dehradun.
