According to the Neet UG qualifying cutoff yor score help you to qualify for the exam. So you can apply for any course. But remember that cutoffs changes every year due to various factors such as number of students attempted exam and number of students participated in counselling, difficulty level of exam, reservations and more. So nothing can be predicted with certainty until the official announcement of cutoff.
You can apply for private medical colleges and deemed universities for MBBS and BDS. Also for BAMS, siddha, yoga and naturopathy and veterinary etc.
