i got 14607 Rank in Wbjee do i get Haldia CSE this year as there are only 23% students who gave wbjee from outside.

Last year the cut off for other state candidate to get admission in to Haldia Institute of Technology in Computer Science Engineering was 7685. As you have scored above the cut off rank you do not have chances of getting seat in the preferred institute in Computer Science Engineering branch. However, cut off is subjected to change, it may increase or decrease depending on the total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.
