Based on your rank and other details that you have provided, I think you might be able to get Acharya N. G. Ranga Agricultural University (ANGRAU). This is a government college.
Eligibility criteria:
1. You need to pass 12th with physics, chemistry and mathematics
Total fees: about 62,000 Rupees
Placement:
Placement is also good here. Highest package offered was Rs 6 LPA and average package is Rs 3 LPA.
There are some private colleges too.
Some of them are listed below:
1. College Of Food Science And Technology, Pulivendula
2. College of Food Science and Technology, Bapatla
3. JNTUA College of Engineering,Kalikiri

If want to do B.Sc in agriculture from any government college then there is one college namely, Rajiv Gandhi Degree College, Rajahmundry.
Eligibility criteria:
