148 in MHT CET is a good score and can certainly fetch you good colleges and a branch too with a high cut off if lucky. For 148/200 in MHT CET you can definitely expect a rank between 2700 to 4000 if seen as per the data or analysis of the whole examination. There can be some variations but I am sure that the rank will not surpass the 4000 mark.
