With this marks ,your chances of getting a government or private medical college are negligible.
If you are really keen in pursuing a career in medical science then I would suggest you to prepare again for the entrance exam .Stay focused and determined .If needed then go and search for a coaching institute in your area.put all your efforts and score well in the next attempt.

Congrats for scoring 148 score in NEET...
You cant search for the other colleges for MBBS...
These college cutoff of last year is of 548 in OBC category....
So i am sorry to say that you can't get these college, but you can try for other colleges...
