When calculated your percentage it come out to be 49%.If you include your marks scored in practical you will get 50+ percentage.To be eligible for NEET candidates belonging to general category must have passed with 50% or above, PWD category candidates must have passed with 45% or above for SC/ST/OBC it is 40% aggregate.As you have scored above 50% you are eligible to get admission in MBBS provided that you must qualify in NEET.
As you mentioned your total marks in PCB is 230 out of 450 (taking into account that's theory plus practical) for which aggregate comes up to 51.11%, for General Category candidates they require to have a PCB aggregate of 50%, so you can appear for NEET.
