Dear student,
As you are secured 1482 rank in jee mains from St category then sorry you will not get NIT Warangal even if you belong from your home state Telangana.
In NIT Warangal you can not get any branch as per the last year cut off closing ranks including ece / eee or chemical engineering branch.
Here are the last year cutoff closing ranks of last round counselling in NIT Warangal for home state St candidates for ece, ee and ch :-
Electronics and Communication Engineering
Male - 425
Female - 353
Chemical engineering
Male - 874
Electrical and Electronics Engineering
Male - 445
Female - 753
So, as you can see you cannot get eee/ece/ch in nit warangal with this much st category rank, even till last round counseling.
But still you can get some other nits on basis of your rank.

There is a very little chance that you can get biotechnology branch.
Because the last year cutoff closing rank for biotechnology branch in nit warangal for home state st category students was - 1224.
and you have secured 1482 rank.
now coming to metallurgical and materials engineering (mme) then still you cannot get it, because the last year cutoff closing rank for biotechnology branch in nit warangal for home state st category students was - 824 ( for male candidates).
so, you cannot get mme branch in nit warangal too.
Because the last year cutoff closing rank for biotechnology branch in nit warangal for home state st category students was - 1224.
