Hi Kanishk,
The cutoff for JMI,Delhi for b.arch varies with how many students attempted each year.
For instance, in 2017, it was 200+ for non muslim category and for last round it closed at 240 for non muslim category.
According to me, you have a good chance of selection because you have secured atleast 220+ to be n the safer side.
If not, then do not lose heart and try to apply for other colleges or try next year.
