I got 14k rank in manipal entrance test MU-OET .can I get a seat in main pal main branch for either CSE or ECE or EEE?

Cutoff for admission varies every year depending on various factors such as difficulty level of the exam, candidates appearing in the exam, etc. Also, it would be difficult to tell you about your chances of admission due to the change in the exam marking scheme this year.
