Yes you can get CSE easily there as most of the students keep cancelling their admissions,you should try for the main campus which is MIT manipal.
Take the decision wisely if you are getting IT in MIT manipal then go for it.
You may ask your parents for their advice as the fees structure is around 14 lakhs including the hostel charges.
