I got 14k rank which college will get?? Prefered branch cse(or) cse specialisation (or) it
As you have not mentioned your exam but still with the course it seems like to be JEE mains but then also, you have not mentioned your category and 14000 is your AIR or Category Rank.
With all these incomplete details, it's impossible to predict colleges for you but I have considered you in General Category and 14000 as your AIR.
If these details are correct then the courses which you preferred CSE or Specialization, you will get in good colleges like:
1.) IITDM, Jabalpur
2.) IIIT Lucknow
3.) NIT Meghalaya
4.) NIT Puducherry
5.) IIIT Delhi

At your TS EAMCET rank it is quite difficult to get government colleges But there are some other good private colleges that you may get at this rank. Some good Colleges that you may get at this rank:
