I got 15 thousand rank in Jharkhand polytechnic exam.So can I get admission in this college with civil branch.

Hello Rishi,
I think you have forgotten to mention the college name here and without knowing the college name I'll be of no help as there are lots of polytechnic colleges in Jharkhand and it'll be quite difficult for anyone to find your desired college.
I'll suggest you to comment down the college name for any further information.
