i got 150 cut off can get seat in govt college or private college I am under MBC category for this year and also please guide. me to choose preference of colleges in online application form of TNAU 2020

As per your cutoff score and previous year cutoff, you will have less cahnces of getting colleges in 1st or 2nd round of counselling. There might be chance that you will get private colleges in this round. But from 3rd and 4th round there are chances that you will get good government colleges. The colleges you get are:-

Arunachala College of Engineering for Women, Kanniyakumari
Government College of Engineering, Thanjavur
Government College of Engineering,Theni
