EWS quota has been bought into effect from this year that is 2019,so we do not have any past info,or previous years cut off's to look at and have an idea about the same,so we have to wait for the cut off's to be out and wait to see if you make the cut, but we can definitely predict which IIIT's you can get without ews , also with ews your chances of getting IIIT would be higher,Acc to previous years cut off rank analysis which is subjective as cut off ranks change every year,yes you have chances of getting IIIT's acc to previous years cut off analysis, below i am mentioning IIIT's you can get into with above rank:
