You have not mentioned your category assuming that you belong to general category it is difficult to get seat with such rank considering 2018 cut off. The cut off was follows for JNTU, Kakinada

  • Civil:3199
  • Chemical:6599
  • CSE:1288
  • ECE:1826
  • EEE: 2000
  • Mechanical:1854
  • Petroleum: 6907
