I got 152in nata and 68.5in board exam, will i be able to get merit seat

Well your 12th percentage is quite low but the score you get in Nata examination is very good marks that's why yes their is a chance for to get selected on basis of your merit and you are able to get a seat on the basis of that it totally based on the analysis of last years merit selection result.
