i got 15392 rank in eamcet and i have ncc certificate then how my rank varies and in which clg i will get seat

Dear aspirant,
As you mentioned that you have secured 15k in EAMCET and taking into consideration that you have benefit of ncc certificate so let me tell you that if you are planning to go for non core branches it won't be possible as the cut offs are high but you can go for core branches.
