I got 154 marks in mht cet. Am a pwd candidate...will i get cse in coep

Congratulations for your result. As you are a PWD candidate, you can hope to get CSE in COEP. As per previous year cutoff(2018), the pwd cutoff was 118. So you have a good chance to grab a seat in CSE.
