The qualifying cut off of NTSE 2019 is 40% for General/OBC and 32% for SC/ST category candidates in MAT and SAT separately. Getting selected for the second stage of NTSE 2019 depends totally on the cut off released by SCERT, Kerala. This will release along with the result. Your score seems fair enough to qualify.
