Your rank in AEEE is pretty decent. During the time of counseling (usually Day 1 or 2), ask for a scholarship seat. It's usually given on the basis of first come, first serve. At your rank, there is a good chance you might get a scholarship seat. The amount of scholarship you get will be between 25 % to 90% depending upon the number of students and other factors. Most likely, you'll get a 25% to 40% scholarship.
