With AIR 1567 and belonging to UR, the chances are slight low as the last year's cut off was AIR 1353 for AIIMS Mangalagiri though you might get a seat in AIIMS as 6 new AIIMS has been introduced this year and seats have been incremented to 609 for general category (doesn't guarantees you a seat).

However, the merit list changes every year, only on that basis the admission is done.

According to previous years cut off ranks which is subjective as cut off ranks change every year depending upon no of applicants , level of difficulty of aiims this year,also new are aiims participating this year etc etc(which may increase  your probability of admission since your rank is close to previous years cut off rank though cant be said with sureity as competition is high and seats are still less), so nothing can be predicted with 100% sureity, cut off rank for general category last year was 1353  according to previous years cut off rank analysis you might not have a chance. BUT SINCE  on you are on 1567 their are decent  chances of getting new aiims as total 15 of them are participating this year but still nothing can be predicted with 100% sureity.
