Sorry to say but being a general category and this score you won't be bale to get a seat in any medical college.Even you have very low chances for private medical colleges.Still find the list of MBBS colleges have a low fee structure :

• KS Hegde Medical Academy, Mangalore
• Rural Medical College & PIMS, Loni
• Kalinga Institute of Medical Sciences, Bhubaneswar
• Kasturba Medical College, Manipal University, Mangalore
• Kasturba Medical College, Manipal University, Manipal

I would recommend you to go for other courses like you can go for B.Sc's Courses or any other which interests you.
