I assume you belong to general category as you have not mentioned. As you mentioned with UR category and 158 marks, your chances of getting a decent government college anywhere are negligible. As your marks are too low you might not even get some private medical college. I suggest you to go for some other course or prepare for NEET next year. Here you have not mentioned the state in which you want to get the admission otherwise there are number of deemed medical colleges in entire india.
