I hope you are doing good. First of all, Congratulations on your rank. But to be honest 15k rank is very less to get a seat ECE in Gayatri Vidya Parishad College of Engineering based on 2018 cutoffs. You have quite good chances for MECH.2018 Gayathri Vidhya Parishad OC male student is as follows:
