You are eligible for counselling process as per cut off but can not promise you the college. That totally depends on your caste and state. If you belong to lower caste the cut off will be probably low as compared to higher category as general or unreserved.

The marks you have scored says that you have qualified the exam and you are eligible to get private colleges . But as it is very low score so you will get only low grade of private college .
