The qualifying cut off for NEET 2020 is 113-146 marks for SC category. By this you have just scored slightly above the cut off marks specified for SC category. It is not sufficient to get seat in government BDS college considering the cut off in 2019. Even under state quota it is difficult to get seat in a Government BDS college. You have not mentioned your state. Here is the list of few government BDS colleges and their cut off in 2019 under 15% AIQ you will get some idea about the cut off
So by this you need to score minimum 460 or above to have decent chances of getting seat in a government BDS college. Cut off changes every year depending on number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc.
