The probability for you to get a government seat depends upon your state too. It is sure that you cannot get an all India Quota seat with this score. In your category a score of 161 may help you to get into the state Quota seats in any of the private colleges. But this too depends upon which state you belong to. For example the cut off for your category in the state Quota seats of private medical colleges of Tamilnadu and West Bengal is above 160. But the same for other states like Telengana can be around 250+. However you still have chances for BDS and other paramedical courses. If you mention your state I can you more details.
