Hello Janvee!
Please do not take this the wrong way, but I am sorry to say that you have a very low score to get into a government dental college. This year the cut offs have increased and so have the number of candidates that appeared and qualified. Even if you are willing to apply for a private dental college, you would have a slim chance due to the fact that most people who do not get MBBS, get into dental colleges. Your NEET rank must be in lakhs and it would be very difficult as even most of the private collges have cut off of around 200. I can tell you about previous year trend for private dental college in state with low cut-off and lots of said colleges, Karnataka:
In NEET 2018, the very first seat went to an individual with an AIR of 224330 for the collge Sri Jagadguru Murugharajendra Dental College and Hospital, Chitradurga.I would mention a few other:
This were the cut offs for first round of counselling. Subsequent rounds (Second, Mop UP round, Stray vacancies) would have had an even lower cut off. You still have a chance to reappear and redeem yourself by appearing in NEET 2020. Take this from a dropper, it won't be easy, but it woulod be worthwhile. Just keep good company and time will pass. However, you might want to go through rounds of counselling before making a final decision.
All the best for your future.
