i got 161534 crl rank and 50000 obc rank and i am from outside delhi from obc category can i get admission in dtu college

According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the branch in DTU as per previous year's cut-offs released by JAC by DTU which you can check out from the link given below :-
