i got 162 marks in cmat 2019...46%ile...so is there any chance of getting shortlisted for this college

It is sorry to say but ur percentile is too low to get any good colleges for admission. As many of the colleges right now rr taking above 70% percentile.
So try once again with full preparation or try for any other exam this year to get admissioned because choosing good branches in any college is not a good choice in front of choosing average one in a good college.
