With 165 marks, your OBC category based percentile will range between 99.51-99.71.
The overall general percentile will be around 99.14-99.34. You general rank will range between 5900-7500.

Dear Aspirant,
Congratulations you have scored very good marks in your jee mains 1 attempt. This year paper was of 300 and you scored 165 , then your rank should be under 10k in general merit and your Obc rank will be under 2k . You can get Any NIT you want.
