i got 165 marks in jee paper 2 according to final answer key with out drawing, but i got 64% and AIR 80000 .Is this correct?

Yes, everything seems to be correct and accurate, to be precise. Your score in JEE depicts how much percentage of students scored less than you in your praticular shift on that particular day. So, for you, 64% of the students scored less than you. Then, on this basis,(score) your final rank in JEE is prepared, which is pretty accurate.
