I got 16.5 with rank 3754 (RBA) Will I get adm in engineering colleges in jammu and Kashmir or not?

As you have stated that you have got 16.5 marks with the rank of 3754. As per my knowledge, it's a good rank and yes with it you can get admission in engineering colleges in jammu and Kashmir. You have chance to get good government college so I would suggest that you keep a track of counselling process and fill up your choices accordingly and get admission in a good college. Wish you luck
